DESIGN + BUILD + FURNISH
LCD's capabilities encompass all aspects for home renovations. Guiding clients through the three fundamental stages to take their project from start to finish:
Stage 1: Design - Designing floor plans, selecting materials, and acquiring city permits.
Stage 2: Build - Starting demolition, coordinating sub-contractors, and completing project construction.

PROJECT MANAGEMENT
Project Management is fundamental to the construction process. In addition to planning and organizing a job-site, LCD’s Project Managers work closely with City Inspectors, Home Owners Associations, and Sub-Contractors. LCD’s continual monitoring verifies the scheduled progress and material logistics through each construction phase to ensure a timely and cost effective project.
